Terms and conditions

Your use of TExtract is subject to the following:

1. Texyz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transportable licence for integrated use of the TExtract software and the accompanying files for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days, without charge.
2. If you use TExtract after the evaluation period, a Single Publication, One-year or Permanent licence is required, which will be sent by Texyz in the form of a licence key upon receipt of your payment.
3. The TExtract software and the accompanying files may only be used on computer systems on which TExtract was installed using the setup program, or workstations connected via a local area network provided local or network licences are present.
4. The TExtract software and the accompanying files are provided "as is" and without any warranties whether expressed or implied. Texyz is not liable for damage caused by errors in the software.
5. Texyz will provide updates of the licensed major version of the software free of charge for the duration of the licence. Updates will be made available on www.textract.com when and if developed.
